Scholarship Application

A scholarship of $1500 will be awarded per individual per academic year.  Application for the scholarship is due two months prior to the beginning of a semester.  The application should be accompanied by a resume or brief background information in PDF (preferred), Word, or ODT format.  All information provided will be kept confidential.  Applicants will be apprised by the scholarship committee of the disposition of their application.  Recipients of a Maple Grove UMC scholarship are encouraged to share their progress with the congregation.
