Maple Grove United Methodist Church has worship services every Sunday morning with many out-of-town visitors who flock to see God’s handiwork in the majestic mountains of North Carolina. We are a spirit-filled congregation whose members love God, love each other, and welcome all to come and hear God’s message and our inspiring choral choir. You will also find that some of the best cooks in Haywood County attend Maple Grove and prepare delicious dishes for the potluck luncheon that is truly “fit for a king” on the second Sunday of every month.
Yes, this is a special place and a special church with open doors calling you to enter. When visiting our lovely county, please remember our church–located on Russ Avenue, Waynesville’s busiest street.
– A Satisfied Visitor: |
Once a year for many years, my family and I drove past a small, stately, beautiful church standing proudly upon a sloping hill. I thought to myself as I looked at Maple Grove UMC that this was truly a picture-perfect postcard of one of God’s holiest of places and that I would like to visit sometime. I did, and I have forever been blessed! |
